Una is a professional postpartum doula, and has had over 4 years experience working in the field. With two children ages seven and nine, Una has experienced motherhood firsthand. She understands the struggles, adjustments and questions that can go through a new mothers mind when the baby finally arrives and also familiar with the joy, love, and happiness that a child brings.

As a postpartum doula, Una provides support to your new family in the first weeks after birth. She will help you with breastfeeding, newborn babycare, and your personal healing from birthing a baby.

She is TrustLine registered, with her current infant CPR certification, a non-reactive TB clearance test, and numerous references.
